Busy
I am very busy these days and I have not time to train as much as a should. I usually go to the gym at least 3 times a week but now I do not visit the gym as often. In a good week I train 2 times in one week but many times I don’t visit the gym at all for a whole week and that is not god. I do not like to feel that I am not in shape but I just do not have the time to train as often now when a have so much else to do. How many times a week do you train? Do you train at all? I would like to do a survey on this on my blog. I will need survey tools to my blog for this. Any type of training counts like swimming running and basketball. I do not really consider walking as training. Sure walking Is good for you but it is not really an exercise like going to the gym
